Help Desk Hours of Operation for Fall 2020

Due to COVID-19, Help Desks will have limited walk-in days, hours, and locations.
Help Desks are also closed during University Holidays, and reduced coverage during Academic Breaks.

Remote Support on Weekdays: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Walk-in Support on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Event planning tips and checklist

The following document outlines issues for Computer Science users to address before any events are planned in the Siebel Center. These may include RSO events, research group conferences, or Departmental vendor events. Engineering IT seeks to support our users as best we can, and advance communication is critical to success. This checklist will assist in your planning.

The department uses the campus Webtools calendar for event calendars. Separate calendars are maintained for different types of events such as seminars and academic deadlines. These separate calendars are included on a main department calendar which is displayed on the on the department website, the information panels and the Siebel Center video wall. RSS feeds are available for the main calendar as well as the individual calendars.
