The file server makes daily backups of everyone's home directories, including all your files and folders. If you accidently deleted or corrupted a file, you can restore older versions of the file. This can be done on both Windows and Linux.

Instructions for the Polycom CX3000 IP Conference Phone

  • Plug the power cord in the console's electric outlet. Do not plug in the Ethernet cord until the error message "Network cable not connected" appears. The IP Conference Phone remembers the last phone set up and number used.

Below are listed the each Siebel Center conference room. The rooms with a Common Area phone connection are listed. You will need to reserve the Lync conference phone on the calendar and pick the phone up from the Administration Office in 2232 Siebel.

Step 1: Add photo to directory

  • Save a photo file of yourself (must be 30KB or less).
  • Go to www.illinois.edu.
  • Click Directory (next to search bar), type in your NetID, and click Go.
  • Click the pencil icon (Edit).
  • Log in using NetID and password.
